What is your rental policy?

Individuals who would like to express interest in renting our 360 Photo Booth should contact us by phone. Securing a date requires a signed contract and a deposit of $100. Final payment must be remitted 1 week prior to your scheduled event date. Events that are two weeks out from the event date require a signed contract and payment in full. Service will not be rendered if payment is not received on your scheduled payment date. Please be advised that your initial deposit will NOT be refunded.

We accept Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, and most debit and credit cards (service fee will be applied).

How much space is required for booth?

We request a 10x10' footprint with at least an 8' clearance.

How long does set up take ?

It can take us up to 1 hour an 30 minutes

Who is responsible for operating photo booth ?

Complete set up and operation of our 360 Photo Booth is handled by a uniformed All Around ENT Service Associate. Set up is included with your rental at no additional charge.

How do i access my videos?

Videos from our 360 Photo Booth can be sent to users at the completion of each session.

How long is each video?

Typically, each video captured with our 360 Photo Booth lasts approximately 16 seconds. The short video length improves transmission speeds when videos are sent via email and text delivery messages.

Will I receive a Copy of the Videos?

We will provide you with a link of all videos captured during your event within 1 business days. Please feel free to share the magical moments from your event with whomever you please.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

All Around ENT does allow outdoor use for our 360 Photo Booth. You will be responsible for ensuring we have access to a suitable power outlet and ample space to set up the 360 Photo Booth. A tent will be required in order to shield our equipment as well as our Service Associates from harsh weather elements. Please be advised that any signs of inclement weather will require our Service Associates to withdraw our equipment, which could potentially cause disruption to your service window. Outdoor use of our 360 Photo Booth is done so at your own risk.

Who is responsible?

The client will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that they are financially liable for any accidental damage to equipment they rented and is owned by All Around ENT. The client is also responsible for loss or damage to our equipment that results in the following:

Misuse of our 360 Photo Booth by the client or its guests. Theft or disaster that includes, but is not limited to flood, raid, or fire. The client is not responsible for covering acts of God. Our damage waiver does not cover damage that directly results from the client requesting that our 360 Photo Booth be set up outside without being covered. Nor does the waiver cover loss, theft, or vandalism.
